Armageddon's Divide

An ancient primordial bound in a shield by a dwarf named Armageddon, the shield was crafted by ancient dwarves wiped out by Dragoth

This shield still acts as a Fighting Shield but as it progresses in Concordance it gains additional properties.
(Property- This shield can be used as a one-handed melee weapon with +3 proficiency, 1d6 damage, hammer, off-hand. It grants a +1 enhancement bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls when used as a melee weapon, and it deals 1d6 extra damage on a critical hit.)

Additional Property- Normal

- You move at your normal speed even when it would be reduced by armor or a heavy load. Other effects that limit speed (such as difficult terrain or magic) affect you normally. In addition, you do not suffer penalties to your endurance or athletics skills for wearing heavy armor or using a shield.

Additional Property- Satisfied
- When an effect forces you to move, through a pull, a push, or a slide, you can move 1 square less than the effect specifies. This means an effect that normally pulls, pushes, or slides a target 1 square does not force you to move unless you want to.
_ You have a +5 item bonus to saving throws against poison and a +3 to endurance checks to recover from disease.

Concordance: As you possess the shield it will somehow make it’s desires known to it’s owner, if these desires are followed you will most likely gain concordance with the shield. If they are not then you will most likely anger the shield.
Starting Score: 12
Owner gains a level: +1d4
+1- Commit a difficult deed that follows the dwarven honor code

This shield was first covered in stone and did not even hint at it’s true nature. The stone shell was blasted off when a meteor struck the apartments in Altaruk and would have killed Abraxas if it wasn’t for the shields incredible defensive power blocking the dray from all harm. The shield then revealed that it housed several ancient dwarven spirits who are interested in Abraxas becoming their champion with his metal heart and living up to their strict code of ethics inscribed in dwarven on the shield’s back.

The shield spoke to the party and revealed much about it’s history including that the dwarven clan whom it was forged by was killed by the first dray under the command of the dead king Dragoth. The irony that it is now wielded by a dray has not been lost on it. It will wait and watch and see if Abraxas can truly live up to it’s code which is as follows:

Always honor your clan
Protect the weak from harm
Battle with your mind and your muscle
Let not fear stop you from victory
Remember the mountain for she is your strength

Recently the shield had a heart to heart with Abraxas in the Silver Spring Inn and revealed that it was not always a shield, but once a primordial defeated by a dwarf named Daugh’Amur or translated as Armageddon. It was passed down through that dwarfs clan to the best warrior of each generation. As time went on, these champion dwarves became less and less intelligent and came to rely more and more on the shields wisdom, causing it to become a commanding presence in their lives. The shield apologized for treating Abraxas like those dull dwarves and promised a partnership. The shield offered to teach Abraxas the secrets of the ancient fighting dreadnoughts that wielded it in past lives.
